Real Time processing allows FM Bank the ability to post transactions to your account within seconds after they occur.

Why?
Fraud protection. To help prevent interrupted service with your FMBank ATM / Debit card, please notify us at least one day prior to your departure. This will insure that your transactions are not blocked by our fraud monitoring systems. Most debit card fraud originates from foreign countries. As a result, we block all NON-US transactions, unless we are notified of your travel plans and remove the block during your time away.
We sincerely hope that any inconvenience you experience as a result of this block will be balanced by our vigilance and increased security. FMBank will always take a proactive stance to provide you with the highest safeguards.
Important Notice: We may also block transactions from specific cities, states or merchants within the US due to fraudulent activity trends. Transactions are currently blocked for the following:
- All NON-US Countries
- California
- New York
- Merchant: Little Caesars

To report your debit card lost or stolen during regular business hours, please call
337-332-4132. After regular business hours, please call 1-800-528-2273.
To report your FM Bank debit card transaction disputes, please call
1-800-808-6402 to reach the “Consumer Chargeback Department”.
