Monthly bank statements provided through FM Bank's Online Banking service are referred to as e-statements. E-statements provide all the same information available on paper statements. Once enrolled in the e-statement program you will receive notification that your e-statement is available online. Your statement is accessed by logging into your account(s) via the FMBANKING.COM online banking service. Images of checks for the month are easily accessed with your e-statement. You may print your statement for your convenience and permanent retention or save it digitally for your records.
PLEASE NOTE: To access monthly account statements electronically, you must have:
1. A Farmers Merchants Bank checking or savings account
2. An Internet connection
3. Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with 128-bit encryption
4. Adobe Reader 5.0
5. Access to a printer or storage medium such as a hard drive so that you can download and/or print statements for your records
6. An active email address
7. Completed enrollment in FM Bank Online Banking at FMBANKING.COM

Please note: If you choose to receive information electronically, and we have not yet developed the means for electronic delivery of that certain information, we will continue providing that information on paper until it is available electronically.
Our Policy on Undeliverable Electronic Statements: If the transmission of your statement is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or technical problems, a printed paper statement will be sent to you by U.S. mail.
If you change your mind about electronic statements in the future: You can always request paper copies; If a special need arises, we can prepare a paper-based version of any of the electronic records you receive for up to five years after the date it was created. You can change back to all paper based statements. In order to change your statement format from electronic to paper, just contact us via any of the options shown above.
