As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we have upgraded our computer processing system. Our new system helps us continue to provide the extraordinary customer service you have come to expect, while enabling us to offer the most up-to-date products and services. With our new processing system, there are some changes that will affect the products and services we provide to you. We want you to be aware of these changes to help ensure the transition to our new system causes you as little disruption as possible.
Some of you receive your bank statements electronically. If so, you are currently receiving an e-mail notification with your bank statement attached. While this method has worked well, we enhanced the process; thereby, adding additional layers of security and efficiencies. These changes are now effective and you should now receive a monthly e-mail notification advising you that your statement can be viewed through online banking.
Online Banking and Bill Pay
The design and some functions of our Online Banking and Bill Pay programs are now different. We are excited to offer an enhanced experience that will ensure the highest level of security.
